Teaching Assistant Eng. Abanoub Shenoda
Abanoub Shenouda is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering at Heliopolis University for Sustainable Development. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Construction and Building Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2013 and 2017 respectively. Shenouda has a multidisciplinary research interest in construction engineering and management, planning and scheduling, cost control, contracts management, structural repair techniques, multi-criteria decision analysis, hydraulics and water engineering, and environmental engineering. He has more than six years of teaching experience of undergraduate engineering courses such as: project management, planning and scheduling, building information modelling, structural analysis, building economics, irrigation and drainage systems, wastewater treatment, water resources engineering at Heliopolis University and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. In addition to his academic background, Shenouda has a strong expertise in the construction industry. He took part in a number of construction projects in Egypt such as; Cairo Financial Center, El-Rehab Phase 2, Ezz Galvanized Steel Factory, Tolip Golden Plaza Hotel as well as a variety of school buildings in Luxor and Aswan governorates.
