Pharmacy obtained accreditation from the quality of higher education

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Yousry Hashem, President of Heliopolis University, announced that the Faculty of Pharmacy at Heliopolis University has obtained academic accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, thus becoming the first college in the university to obtain academic accreditation.

Adding that the accreditation of the Faculty of Pharmacy is the first step that other colleges will obtain in the coming period, and the university will rely on accreditation. He also announced the start of an external auditor’s visit to the Faculty of Engineering.

Hashem stressed that the university is making every effort to provide all capabilities and fulfill all conditions that ensure that the rest of the university’s faculties obtain accreditation, in order to achieve the university’s goal of preparing a graduate capable of competing in the local labor market. And at the international level.

He also expressed his happiness with the Faculty’s achievement on this day, as the Pharmaceutical Studies Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities approved the list of graduate studies in modern specializations such as the Pharmacovigilance Diploma and the Master’s degree in pharmacochemistry and medicine. the plants. The importance of academic accreditation is that it confirms that the college meets the standards required by the National Authority for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation, which is the only official body in Egypt that grants academic accreditation.
