The Supreme Council of Universities formed a committee for the equivalence of scientific degrees to undertake the examination of the faculty of engineering degrees. The committee members are:
Prof.Dr. Abd Elqaui Khalifa, EX minister of water resources and Irrigation,
Prof.Dr. Hosam Eldeen Talaat Prof. of Electrical Engineering ASU, FU
Prof.Dr. Ayman Hassaan, Professor of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
The decision of the Minister of Higher Education
Considering the first university degree (B.Sc.) granted by the Faculty of Engineering, Heliopolis University is equivalent to the first university degree granted by Egyptian universities in the four programs.
