د. خالد العدل هو أستاذ الكيمياء الصيدلية وتصميم الأدوية ورئيس قسم الكيمياء الصيدلية بكلية الصيدلة وتكنولوجيا الدواء بجامعة هليوبوليس للتنمية المستدامة. حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في عام ١٩٩٨ والماجستير عام ٢٠٠٤ و الدكتوراه عام ٢٠٠٩ من جامعة الأزهر.

قبل التحاقه بجامعة هليوبوليس ، عمل د. العدل أستاذاً مساعداً في الكيمياء الصيدلية وتصميم الأدوية في جامعة النهضة ببني سويف. ومن أكتوبر ٢٠١٤ حتى يناير ٢٠١٨ شغل نفس المنصب في جامعة الأزهر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يشغل حالياً منصب مدير وحدة التحاليل الصيدلانية بجامعة الأزهر ومستشارًا في لجنة الجودة للإدارة المركزية لشئون الصيادلة من أجل منح ترخيص أدوية فيروس C والأورام السرطانية.
