Head of Department Message
Welcome to the Electromechanics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Heliopolis University. Our goal is to prepare Energy engineers to effectively contribute to the design, development and maintenance of various fields of mechanical and electrical forces such as power and energy systems, control systems, and electronic systems.
The Department includes a selection of faculty members distinguished in their fields, which created a unique gathering of global expertise concentrated in one department. The department is also keen to continue developing its study plans in line with the latest developments in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering on the one hand, and on the other hand, to ensure that our students’ skills in coping with the market need to serve their community effectively and practically, by implementing scheduled co-op and internship experience
The Department seeks to obtain the accreditation of the NARS 2018 Assurance and Quality Authority for its energy program. The program which is unique in the Middle East by containing training’s projects that have already been implemented on the ground Moreover, the department includes comprehensive teaching and research laboratories with the highest capacity for development..
The department is witnessing a research movement among all its faculty members and researchers, which enables the department to be one of the most productive departments in scientific research at the university level.
